Según Ordena un agujero de 330 pies de profundidad (dolina) mató por lo menos a dos adolescentes y se tragó alrededor de una docena de hogares este viernes en la mañana y forzó la evacuación de casi 1.000 personas en una vecindad de ciudad de Guatemala. Los funcionarios culparon a las lluvias recientes y a un flujo subterráneo de las aguas residuales de una cañería rota. El hoyo emitió olores asquerosos, fuertes ruidos y temblores, sacudiendo la tierra circundante. Una acometida del agua se podría oír de sus profundidades, y las autoridades temieron que el agjero podría ensancharse o que podrían abrirse otros. En las operaciones de rescate un bombero, suspendido de un cable, pudo tomar el vídeo y las fotos sobre el agujero y los funcionarios podrían utilizar la documentación para decidir cómo proceder. Se  identificaron a los muertos como Irma y David Soyos, según dijo el portavoz de la emergencia Juan Carlos Bolaños; sus cuerpos fueron encontrados cerca de la dolina, flotando en un río de las aguas residuales.

Este excelente documental de National Geographic trata del peligro que representan asteroides y cometas, las tareas destinadas a estudiarlos (la misión Deep Impact), las destinadas a encontrarlos dentro del sistema solar, el plazo propuesto para encontrarlos; formas ideadas para evitar que extingan a la especie humana, tal y como cuando uno de ellos extinguó a los dinosaurios: dentro de las ideas está una que se basa en el lanzamiento de un rayo solar (energía solar) contra los asteroide; se tratan los distintas colisiones ya ocurridas en la Tierra (Cráter Meteoro, el cual es más grande que el Gran Cañón, Tunguska), la ocurrida en Júpiter, o las casi ocurridas o con peligro de ocurrir (por ejemplo: Apophis, el cual en 2004 pasó tan al raz de la Tierra como un satélite artificial) y las ocurridas en Luna; y, a propósito de ésta, se explica por qué no hay tantos cráteres visibles en la Tierra como en la Luna; se nos ilustra acerca de la trayectoria de los asteroides incluyendo al "cúmulo de escombros" (conjunto de pequeños asteroides que son más resistentes a las armas nucleares que otros tipos de asteroides pues se dispersan para luego reagruparse).

]]> 2007-08-04T16:28:00-04:00 HECTOR ARTURO AZUZ SANCHEZ NIBIRU Y EL APOCALIPSIS http://noticiero.zoomblog.com/archivo/2007/07/21/nibiru-Y-El-Apocalipsis.html http://noticiero.zoomblog.com/archivo/2007/07/21/nibiru-Y-El-Apocalipsis.html Esta serie de videos tratan de otro supuesto cuerpo celeste llamado "Nibiru", el cual habría sido designado por la NASA  como "Planeta X"; se trata de una serie de videos de tinte conspirativo que mezcla pasajes bíblicos, tomas del Tsunami en Indonesia, tomas de varias películas ("Terminator 3 El día del juicio", "El día después de mañana", "Impacto profundo", etc.) tomas de supuestos ovnis en Rumania, para decirnos que un cuerpo celeste pasaría de manera rasante por la Tierra provocando un cataclismo climático y hasta quizás una guerra nuclear (quizás por la histeria colectiva)... en el primer video se muestran los esqueletos de unos supuestos gigantes encontrados en Arabia Saudita (hijos de ángeles)... todo esto me recuerda a un tal Hercobulus (un planeta que iba a hacer lo mismo o peor) y a Apophis (que sí es real, de este "Nibiru" no sé nada, pero ya sea que creas o no, puedes entretenertte un rato con el fín de tus días)... en el último video se ve el tal "Nibiru" supuestamente a plena luz de la tarde.... lo único que les falto fue nombrar al nuevo planeta Xena, aunque quizás sí lo toman en cuenta pues se describe un sistema  solar de 12 planetas.
